Job Position – IT Help Desk

Must have strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. • Skills in configuring on premise infrastructures.
• Capability to work with people of different culture in different time zones. • Strong skills of security measure to implement in application development/setup.
• Have demonstrated experience with Network and system infrastructure support, to be able to troubleshoot a wide variety of IT issues and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously, often with stringent deadlines.
• Have strong organizational and personal skills, the ability to assess business issues and risks and to interpret them into technology solutions/requirements.
• Proficient with ITIL concept. More specifically, understanding of Service management, change management, and escalation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT suppliers for incident tracking, escalations or upgrades of the systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
