Job Position – IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer

Looking for experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineers to join this growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, deploying, maintaining, and supporting complete office IT environments, including network infrastructure, end-user devices, business Wi-Fi, printers, and office connectivity. You will work on new office IT deployments while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
– Plan and deploy complete New Office IT Setups
– Design Office Network Planning, topology, and infrastructure
– Install and configure Computers, Laptops, Printers, and other IT devices
– Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks
– Deploy and manage Business Wi-Fi solutions
– Configure Routers, Managed Switches, VLANs, and VPNs
– Install, terminate, label, and test office network cabling
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
– Monitor network performance and recommend improvements
– Maintain proper documentation and project handover
– Provide on-site technical support and ensure business continuity
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– 4–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or System Support
– Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching
– Hands-on experience with Routers, Managed Switches, VLANs, VPNs, Business Wi-Fi, and Office Network Setup
– Experience in Linux and/or Windows Server environments
– Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and printer management is an advantage
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Must have a Valid Qatar QID
– Must be available to work On-site in Doha, Qatar
