Job Position – IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the IT department, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and services.
Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
Coordinate IT projects related to system upgrades and digital transformation.
Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
Ensure data security and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Lead the planning and execution of IT strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for all mobile devices.
Oversee the Data Center operations, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
Manage and support Hyper-V/VMware virtualized environments for better resource utilization.
Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar IT management role within the educational sector (Schools, Colleges, Universities).
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data management, MDM, Data Center management, and Hyper-V/VMware.
Experience with educational software and systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
