Job Position – IT Manager

A leading and rapidly growing organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and drive our technology operations and infrastructure strategy.
What You’ll Lead:
– IT Infrastructure & Operations
– Microsoft 365 & Azure Environment
– Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
– Enterprise Networks & Cloud Solutions
– IT Projects, Digital Transformation & System Upgrades
– IT Team Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management
Looking For:
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
– Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in an IT leadership role
– Strong hands-on experience with:
– Windows Server & Linux Administration
– Microsoft 365 & Azure
– Active Directory & Group Policy
– VMware or Hyper-V
– Enterprise Networking & Firewalls
– Cybersecurity, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
