IT Manager / Lead

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the company’s IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
-Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
-Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and cloud services.
-Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
-Manage cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and IT security policies.
-Oversee IT support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
-Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and technology contracts.
-Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
-Manage IT budgets, resources, and technology-related projects.
-Ensure regular data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
-Lead and supervise IT team members and manage their performance.
-Prepare IT reports and provide technical recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
-Previous leadership or managerial experience is required.
-Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, systems, and technical support.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
