Develop custom reports and data visualizations to support IT leadership in decision-making.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from ITSM tools, security platforms, application logs, and asset systems.
Identify data anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Assist the Head of IT in preparing board-level presentations, QBR decks, and management updates.
Consolidate IT department updates, ongoing project statuses, and risk summaries for leadership review.
Coordinate internal review meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Maintain up-to-date MIS records related to assets, incidents, SLAs, audit reports, and user satisfaction.
Coordinate with IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications teams for accurate data inputs.
Generate monthly and quarterly reports for internal audit, compliance, and governance reviews.
Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional coordination related to data requests and report submissions.
Support procurement and budgeting inputs through data analysis and historical trend reporting.
Schedule and coordinate department-wide communication and tracking of key IT deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Female Candidate only.
2–4 years of experience in IT reporting, business intelligence, or MIS roles.
Proficiency in Advance Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and various IT Tools & Applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity.
Flexible with work timings and able to perform under pressure
