Job Position – IT Officer

To support, maintain, and enhance our IT systems, ensuring uninterrupted business operations and compliance with CB UAE technology and cybersecurity requirements. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day IT support, system administration, user access management, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors.
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT support (exchange house, banking, or financial sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networks, LAN/WAN, VPN, and basic server administration.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and access control governance.
Familiarity with remittance platforms, exchange house systems, or financial applications (advantage).
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent issues.
