Job Position – IT Officer
Company Name – Aspire Manpower Services

Responsibilities
-Implement and manage Ramco ERP
-Maintain IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network)
-Administer Domain Controller, Active Directory, and IT security
-Install and configure IT hardware/software
-Ensure data security and manage crises
-Maintain applications, databases, and telephone systems
-Troubleshoot IT issues within SLA
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MCA
-At least 4 years of IT experience
Mandatory Skills:
-Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Ramco ERP, Ramco Tool iEDK, and RAMCO Reporting tool
