– Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily IT operations and ensure system stability
– Monitor infrastructure performance and service availability
– Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and platforms
– Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
– Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems
– Coordinate upgrades and system improvements
– Implement IT security policies and procedures
– Monitor systems for security risks and incidents
– Ensure data protection and compliance standards are met
– Lead and support IT operations team
– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
– Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
– Prepare regular IT performance and operations reports
– Support strategic IT planning and improvements
– Align IT operations with business goals
