Job Position – IT Operations Officer

Key Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Banking Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
-Knowledge of banking systems such as FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS and UAECB Applications.
-Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, VPN, MPLS, and Microsoft 365.
-Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and vendor coordination skills.
-Good communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.

Operational Support Coverage
-Provide after-hours and on-call support for end users and customers to ensure timely resolution of critical IT and banking operation issues outside normal business hours.
-Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents, system outages, application failures, and urgent service requests.
-Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers during critical incidents to minimize service disruption and ensure business continuity.
End User Support
-Perform routine server health checks, system monitoring, and patch management activities.
-Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows environments.
-Manage user accounts, access requests, and application support activities.
-Provide Level 1 & 2 support for end users, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
