IT Operations Specialist Jobs in Sharjah

SR Intelligent Technologies Firm is Hiring for IT Operations specialist for one of their banking clients in Sharjah

Job Location – Sharjah
Minimum Experience – 4 years
Max Salary – 8000 AED per Month ( Based on the years of experience)

Kindly find following scope of work for IT Operations resource.

· Perform daily and other periodical operations in accordance with the defined schedule and procedure.
· Manage System Security with close supervision and guidance by IT Manager – Operations, IT Manager and General Management.
· Supervise and control management of data, configuration, problems & incidents, facilities & operations.
· Ensure that printedreports according to defined schedule and procedure are distributed properly by the operators.
· Ensure magnetic tape back-up copies are made and transported to the off-site storage location promptly and in accordance with the defined procedures.
· Effect program transfer for modification / implementation as required by appropriately authorized request and in accordance with defined procedure.
· Monitor and support Disaster Recovery systems installed at DRSite.
· Monitor all realtimeapplication / systems / networks and inform concern staff in case of any error / exception.
· Assist IT development team to perform testing in development environment for data backup / restore in the applications.
· Report / Advices / Statement / Data extract to be sent to various departments based on the requirement.
· Escalation and follow up of reported issue with concern staff till the resolution.
· Perform Health check of servers / electricalequipment (Generator /UPS / etc) / datacenter temperature in accordance with defined procedures.
· Maintain confidentiality with regard to passwords, the information being processed, stored or accessed to ensure security over the banks information
Alert and process automation to be managed.
