Job Position – IT Performance Management Specialist

Qualifications :
-10+ Years’ Experience with minimum 2+ years’ experience in the relevant field.
-Experience in identifying key performance indicators for various infrastructure
and services and turn collected data into useful visual reports and dashboards.
-Strong skills in using analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc).
-Knowledge of different performance standards and benchmarks.
Knowledge and Experience
-Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
-Performance management/ BSC Certification
