Job Position – Project Manager

PPM Tool Implementation_Project Management
End-to-end ownership of delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality),
Planning and dependency management
Risk, issue, and change control with proactive escalation
Stakeholder management and clear communication
Vendor and third-party delivery management
Decision-making and accountability,
Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions at a high level,
Accurate forecasting and progress reporting,
Adherance to IT PMO governance and guidelines
8 to 10 yrs of experience
Location : Onsite Dubai- Budget- 18000AED.
Technical Skills required
-Project delivery lifecycle management
-Schedule, cost, scope, and quality management
-Integrated planning and re-planning
-Dependency and critical path management
-RAID management and escalation
-Stakeholder and sponsor management
-Vendor and contract milestone tracking
-Technical understanding of systems, integrations, and environments
-SDLC and Agile/Hybrid delivery models
-Testing, release, and deployment coordination
-Change and benefits management
-Financial management and forecasting
-Reporting, dashboards, and executive communication
-Governance, audit, and compliance alignment
-Tool proficiency (MS Project, MS Office, Sharepoint)
-Team leadership and coaching
-Conflict management and negotiation
-Problem solving and decision-making
-IT service transition and operational readiness
