Job Position – IT Specialist
Company Name – Deem
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Hiring a skilled IT professional to join our team and contribute to the company’s technology infrastructure and daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and end-user devices.
-Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
-Administer email systems and user accounts.
-Install, configure, and maintain computers and software.
-Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure network security.
-Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
-Monitor system updates and software licensing.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience.
-Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
-Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall).
-Experience with backup solutions and cybersecurity practices.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure.
-Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ are preferred.
