Job Position – IT Specialist

Responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, information technology, network security, and providing customer service. The day-to-day tasks may include maintaining network infrastructure, resolving technical issues, ensuring network security measures are in place, and providing support to end-users.
Responsibility
– prepare working systems using computers and necessary devices such as (rotors, printers, etc.).
– Follow up and check computers (hard drives, mouse, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functional performance.
– Installing appropriate software and functions according to specifications and needs.
– Manage and verify the validity and conformity of passwords to security standards.
– Develop and maintain internal networks in ways to improve performance.
– Protect and ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
– Train and guide employees on how to operate new software and electronic devices.
Follow up on updating the different versions of the software and renewing the use license.
– Work to raise the efficiency of computers by changing equipment to higher versions.
– Follow-up and conduct troubleshooting to identify and solve problems through maintenance or replacement of equipment.
– Maintain repair records and maintenance schedules for computers and desktops.
– Identify the needs of computers, accessories, desktops, and networking devices.
Direct supervision of the e-mail system.
– Monitoring and maintenance of the enterprise’s surveillance system through internal and external cameras.
– Make recommendations for the purchase of new materials that help raise the performance of the enterprise’s organs.
