Job Position – IT Supervisor

Khamas Hospitality is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Supervisor to join the team. Seeking a technology professional with strong hospitality industry experience who can effectively manage hotel IT operations, ensure seamless system performance, and provide exceptional technical support to enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and support hotel IT infrastructure including servers, network, Wi-Fi, PCs, printers, and end-user devices.
– Maintain and monitor hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, IPTV, door lock systems, telephony, and related integrations.
– Provide first and second-level technical support to hotel departments and guests.
– Ensure data security, backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with company IT standards.
– Coordinate with vendors for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
– Monitor system performance and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance.
– Support IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
– Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and service records.
– Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
– Network Administration (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
– Windows Server & Active Directory
– Hotel PMS/POS Systems
– Microsoft 365 Administration
– Firewall & Cybersecurity Basics
– Troubleshooting & Incident Management
– Vendor Management
– Team Leadership & Communication
Experience:
– Minimum 3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
– Hands-on experience with hotel technology systems and infrastructure is highly preferred.
