Job Position – IT Support

Looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Iraq, providing end-to-end operational and technical support to both internal and external stakeholders in line with global IT policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
– End-user technical support and incident resolution
– Server room support (rack installation, cabling, component replacement, hardware reboots)
– IT asset management, disposal, and DBAN data removal
– Support for virtual meetings (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex)
– Windows upgrades, hardware swaps, data backups/restores
– IT inventory management and asset verification
– SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing system management
– Network, telephony, and mobile device support
– Reporting via Power BI and K2 tools
– Vulnerability management and infrastructure project support
Ideal Candidate:
– Strong hands-on IT infrastructure and end-user support experience
– Familiarity with SNOW ticketing system
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience working with international IT service protocols is a plus
