Experience: 2+ years in Hospitality IT or a similar field
Location: Abu Dhabi
What You’ll Do:
-Provide IT support across multiple hotel properties
-Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, servers & user systems
-Support hotel-specific software: Opera PMS, Micros POS, Sun Systems
-Ensure system security, upgrades, backups & maintenance
-Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 Management
-Collaborate with hotel teams to enhance technology for guest satisfaction
Who You Are:
– 2+ years of IT support experience in hospitality (hotels, resorts, or related fields)
– Strong technical skills in:
Network administration (TCP/IP, VPN, routers/switches)
Server management (Windows Server, Active Directory)
Hospitality systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, Sun Systems)
– Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-location setting
– Excellent communication skills (English + additional languages preferred)
