Requirements & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and technical equipment.
– Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic network administration.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Detail-oriented, committed, and able to work effectively within a technical team environment.
