Job Position – IT Support

Eligibility – UAE-based candidates only
Experience – 3+ Years
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field
– 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Key Responsibilities:
– Service requests, hardware & software support
– Setup & configuration of laptops, IP phones
– Administration of CISCO routers, switches, access points
– Management of access control systems, servers, network printers
– Configuration of voice/video conference devices
– Security device management (UTM, firewalls, etc.)
– Installation & administration of Windows & Windows Server
– PC hardware support: assembly, configuration, troubleshooting
– Network implementation, configuration & troubleshooting
– Samsung security systems management
– Software troubleshooting (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
– Documentation: reports, asset lists, monthly status updates
– Printer/scanner installation & troubleshooting
– Testing & configuration of new hardware/software before deployment
