Expewrience: Minimum 1 Year experience in IT Technical Support  Roles & Responsibilities Installing and configuring hardware and software Replacing parts or equipment Testing and evaluating new technology Maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks Conducting electrical and safety inspections for computer equipment Diagnosing software or hardware issues Troubleshooting network and system issues Creating documentation for technical support purposes Providing basic account support Assisting business users with their IT needs Associate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
