Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Saudi German Hospitals
Location: Saudi German Hospital, Ajman
Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
-Troubleshoot system, server, and connectivity problems
-Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system uptime
-Support hospital systems (HIS/EMR)
-Handle user queries and IT tickets efficiently
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
-Experience in IT support or helpdesk (UAE preferred)
Knowledge of:
-Windows OS, networking, and hardware
-Active Directory, basic server management
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Healthcare/hospital IT experience is a plus
