Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Requirements:
– Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
– Experience supporting multiple branches/sites (remote & on-site)
– Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routers & switches
– Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices
– Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365 support
– Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
– Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP management
– Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
– Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco)
– Experience with CCTV, Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems
– Hardware installation, maintenance, and IT asset management
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
– Free Visa with Valid QID Mandatory
– Ras Laffan Gate Pass is an advantage
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
– CompTIA A+
– CompTIA Network+
– CCNA
