Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Automech Steel Industries
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
– Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity issues.
– Support Active Directory, user accounts, email configuration, and VPN access.
– Install software, security updates, antivirus, and operating systems.
– Maintain IT assets, licenses, and support records.
– Provide remote and on-site support across company locations.
Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
– Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
– Experience with switches, IP phones, CCTV, and biometric devices is an advantage.
– Microsoft, CompTIA A+/Network+, or CCNA certifications preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
– Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
– Immediate joiners and UAE experience preferred.
