Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time
Accountable for administering Windows domain servers, Wifi system, file/print servers, application servers which are operational on 24 X 7 basis.
-Install and configure software and hardware
-Manage network servers and technology tools
-Set up accounts and workstations
-Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
-Troubleshoot issues and outages
-Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
-Upgrade systems with new releases and models
-Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
-Install, Configure, administer and fine-tune WiFi system.
-Protect Infrastructure Servers from Security threats by timely updating OS patches, security patches and service packs.
-Manage User Accounts, Group permissions in various domains and user base.
-Troubleshoots and resolves critical hardware and software problems.
-Monitors and tests system performance and provides performance statistics and reports.
-Recommends and executes modifications systems in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
-Define and perform system backups and recovery procedures to ensure data protection
