Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Amit Intl
Location: Dubai, UAE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties:
-Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
-Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults
-Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic server environments
-Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
-Monitor system performance and ensure security and data protection
-Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
-Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-4–6 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
-Familiarity with Active Directory and basic server administration
-Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Skills
-Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS)
-Experience with ticketing systems
-IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are an advantage
