Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Alpha Data Recruitment
Contract : 1 year extendable
Experience : 5+ years
Salary : Upto 8000 AED
Location : Abu Dhabi
Strong Knowledge MS Office 365 , and all operating system (Microsoft, apple)
Ticketing systems, preferably IBM Resilient such as Manage engine , Service Now .
using the SIEM systems (security Information and event Management )
working with a customer service and end user
Providing service desk/call center support (remotely and Physically )
Install, configure, and operate simple-routed LAN, routed WAN, and
Switched LAN and LANE networks.
Strong experience Belding Routers Firewall (Access-Lists)
Avaya IP telephone, Cisco
Install windows Patches and manage all application (Desktop Central)
