Job Position – IT Support Officer / IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues
– Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies
– Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
– Manage and update the company website and web content as required
– Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
– Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection
– Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other business applications
– Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures
– Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and support services
– Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and licensing records
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
– Experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
– Experience managing and updating company websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
– Knowledge of firewall, antivirus, backup, and cybersecurity best practices
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
