Job Position – IT Support & Project Engineer
Company Name – WeSource HR
Client a leading government organization based in Abu Dhabi,
End-user and site operations support.
Providing technical support to End users at the office and users sitting on other sites (email, teams, software, hardware for laptops, monitors, printers, and time attendance systems).
Provide support on tickets raised for client experience systems, network, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure.
Provide support for CCTV, access control systems, and foot-fall counting systems for all sites.
Engage with vendors, service providers for all technical requests, coordinate with internal (FM and security) and external stakeholders for progressing the request up to closure.
Report daily issues, tickets, and task status to the IT manager on a weekly basis.
Raise a request with the Miral Exp IT team for issues related to infrastructure, networks, and software supported by the vendor.
Project Support:
Coordinate and engage in site surveys with vendors for new systems, foot fall counting, CCTV.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or a related field is typically required. Certificates (ITIL Foundation V4, CCNA, MSCA).
AED 6500 monthly salary plus all UAE benefits.
