Job Position – IT Support Specialist

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
– Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, networks, Wi-Fi, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure
– Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
– Experience in a school or educational environment is preferred
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks
