Job Position – IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) /IT Executive
Company Name – Reliance Recruiters
Location : Dubai, UAE | Retail Industry
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000
Note: We are currently looking for Filipino male candidates only for this role.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
-Resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
-Install and configure software and systems
-Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Entra ID)
-Handle email setup and troubleshooting
-Perform antivirus updates and patch management
-Support SharePoint / OneDrive users
-Provide hardware support (laptops, desktops)
-Manage printers and peripherals setup
-Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements
-2–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations
UAE Experience mandatory
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and user support skills
-Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Preferred
-Experience in the Retail Industry
