Job Position – IT Support Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A Confidential Company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. Looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and the ability to provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. The role also involves assisting with basic photography tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network devices.
– Maintain IT systems and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
– Install and configure computers, software, and applications.
– Manage user accounts and access permissions.
– Deliver daily IT support to employees.
– Assist with product or event photography when required (basic photography skills are preferred).
Qualifications
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Required Skills
– Experience in IT Support.
– Computer and printer maintenance.
– Basic networking knowledge.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– User account administration.
– Hardware and software installation and configuration.
– Basic photography knowledge is an advantage.
