IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

– Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person
– Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
– Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and access rights
– Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance
– Support IT projects and upgrades as required
– Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Qualifications:

– Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
– Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
– Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
