Job Position – IT Support Technician
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support to staff and students.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
3. Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
4. Assist with network configuration, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
5. Resolve connectivity issues to ensure reliable access to network resources. Perform regular updates and maintenance on operating systems and software applications
6. Support the implementation of IT projects, including new systems and upgrades.
7. Respond promptly to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
8. Communicate effectively with users to understand their IT challenges and provide solutions
