Job Position – IT Technical Support
Company Name – Sigma Technologies
Location : Dubai UAE
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
· Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
· Configuring and supporting end-user email.
· Handling end-user user profile migration and PC migration.
· Supporting print management.
· Providing technical support for LAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
· Performing regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
· Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
· Providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
· Offering technical support for Smartboards, AV, and CCTV.
Qualifications:
· Education and Experience:
· Any Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience in a similar role.
· IT Certification in a related field.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
