Job Position – Ivanti Service Desk Associate

Engagement: Onsite, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Duration: 1 year (Extendable)
Notice period: 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
1 Manage and resolve L2/L3 incidents, including root cause analysis (RCA).
2 Configure and customize workflows, forms, SLAs, and business rules.
3 Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, and patch management.
4 Integrate Ivanti ITSM with AD, monitoring tools, CMDB, and other enterprise systems.
5 Support ITAM/SAM processes including asset lifecycle and compliance.
6 Develop reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
7 Ensure platform performance, availability, and security compliance.
8 Guide L1/L1.5 teams and provide technical mentoring.
9 Participate in CAB, change management, and release cycles.
Experience:
4–8 years of ITSM experience with at least 2–3 years in Ivanti at L3 level
Required Skills:
1 Strong hands-on experience in Ivanti ServiceDesk / Neurons for ITSM.
2 Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release). 3 Experience with integrations (AD, APIs, monitoring tools).
4 Knowledge of CMDB, asset management, and discovery.
5 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
