Looking for a talented Java Developer with around 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and front-end technologies to join our growing team. If you love clean code, modern development practices, and solving complex problems — this role is for you!
About the Role:
As a Java Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design and code reviews, and contribute to building high-quality solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.
– Work within Agile/Scrum teams to plan deliverables, estimate efforts, and assess risks.
– Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
– Conduct peer code reviews, ensure coding standards, and participate in architectural discussions.
– Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Git, AppDynamics, Spring Metrics).
– Mentor junior developers and ensure quality across all deliverables.
– Work closely with QA, system analysts, and deployment teams to ensure seamless releases.
– Troubleshoot performance and production issues proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
– Proficient in React.js, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end integration.
– Experience with CI/CD systems and monitoring tools (Git, AppDynamics, Spring Metrics).
– Good understanding of SDLC processes and configuration management tools.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
– Proven experience working in Agile environments.
