Must-Have:
– 5–7 years of experience in Java-based development, delivery, or support
– Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
– Experience handling application support or production issues

Nice to Have:
– Exposure to Agile frameworks
– Familiarity with Infosys platforms like DEH, Finacle, etc.
