Job Position – Junior IT Specialist
Company Name – Care Professional Services
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level IT support to end users
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices
– Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment
– Support user account management, email setup, and password resets
– Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
– Document IT issues and resolutions
– Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in an IT support
– Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Good communication skills in English
