Junior Procurement Officer

Salary ranges from AED 4,000 to 5,500.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma required.
-Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience in the Joinery, Furniture, or Interior Fit-Out Industry.
-Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, fittings, veneers, laminates, MDF, plywood, and related products.
-Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
-Source and procure joinery materials and accessories.
-Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
-Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
-Coordinate with Production, Projects, and Stores departments.
-Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
-Ensure timely availability of materials for production and projects.

Candidates without prior experience in the Joinery / Furniture Industry will not be considered. Do not apply if you do not have relevant joinery procurement experience.
