Responsibilities :
• we are looking for Business Development Specialist for a leading Engineering company specialized in providing support to 5 star Properties.
• Candidate with good communication and presentation skills with experience of Service selling, Horecca, Manpower services, Corporate sales, B2B will be best fit for this role.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Approach and attract new clients by targeting key decision makers and arranging meetings to pitch services
• Develop good positive partnerships with current and potential clients and act as the primary Point of Contact for all sales related queries
• Develop key client target lists with the aim of securing revenue and sales
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Ensure a healthy pipeline that is significantly higher in revenue that your sales targets
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term client partnerships.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
