Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (UAE-based industrial kitchen experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM & CM) for a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, dishwashers, grills, fryers, cold rooms, etc.
– Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
– Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Accurately complete maintenance logs and work orders.
– Coordinate with other technical teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in industrial/commercial kitchen maintenance.
– Must have worked in a Facilities Management company.
– Experience in a retail setup (e.g., food courts, supermarkets, large kitchens) is preferred.
– 3-year Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration.
– Solid understanding of both gas and electric kitchen systems.
– Good communication skills in English.
– Willing to work anywhere in the UAE as per project requirements.
