A rapidly growing company in the UAE renowned for delivering high-quality projects on time, is expanding its team. Hiring talented professionals to join us in following positions:
1) Project Manager (G+2)
2) Site Engineer (G+2)
3) Site Engineer (Gypsum & Finishes experience)
4) Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
5) Draftsman
6) Gypsum Carpenter
7) Painter (Wall & Floor)
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
– Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources.
– Identify and allocate necessary resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.
– Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
– Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and issues
– Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities of Site Engineer:
– Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to align work on-site with project plans and schedules.
– Oversee the daily operations of the construction site to ensure smooth workflow.
– Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other third parties to coordinate their activities and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
– Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during the early stages of a project.
– Analyze and evaluate tender submissions from contractors and suppliers.
– Provide expert advice and documentation in case of disputes or claims.
– Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, contracts.
Responsibilities of Draftsman:
– Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings and blueprints based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
– Follow established drafting standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in drawings.
– Monitor progress and prepare regular reports.
– Resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
– Must have 2-5 years experience in relevant field.
– Immediate joiner.
– Bachelor’s of degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
