1) Receptionist Cum Admin – Real Estate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems.
2) Admin Executive/Project Coordinator
• Mandatory experience and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva, as well as experience with international shipments, preparing quotations, and offers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in design, interior, lighting, Artwork, construction, or hospitality-related fields Industries are preferred.
3) Bid Coordinator
• 5+ years’ experience in bid management, tendering, or business development within interior design, architecture, or construction industries in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating bids and securing new business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling proposals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe InDesign is a plus.
4) Social Media Manager (F&B Background)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategy.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for both design and video editing.
• Knowledge of advanced photography and videography techniques.
5) Photographer (F&B Background)
• Proven experience in photography (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and brand storytelling.
• Skilled in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other editing software.
• Experience shooting interiors, food, products, and lifestyle subjects (preferred).
