Job Position – Stewarding Supervisor
Location – Dubai
Are you an organized and detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency? We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth operation of our culinary and food & beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department.
– Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained across all kitchen and food service areas.
– Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team to achieve operational excellence.
– Monitor the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and operating supplies.
– Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health regulations.
– Coordinate with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless operations.
– Maintain inventory levels and control breakage, losses, and stewarding-related expenses.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Stewarding Supervisor role within a 4/5-star Hotel environment.
– Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
– Effective leadership and team management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Good communication skills and attention to detail.
