Job Position – L3 RedHat Administrator
Company Name – STM Consulting Inc

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– Mandatory: 5–8+ years of hands-on Linux System Administration / L3 Production Support, primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
– Mandatory: 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
– Deep experience: Linux troubleshooting across performance, CPU/memory, filesystem, storage, networking, services and OS-level issues.
-Hands-on: Red Hat Satellite for Linux patching, configuration and lifecycle management, plus Ansible for automation/configuration.
-Proven OpenShift expertise: Cluster/node administration, pods, deployments, services/routes, networking, PV/PVC, operators, RBAC and oc/kubectl.
-Hands-on delivery ownership: OpenShift installation/configuration, upgrades, patching, cluster health, capacity management and complex production troubleshooting.
-Mandatory: Proven support of business-critical production environments, including critical incident handling, RCA and 24×7/on-call production support.
