Job Position – Lead Developer

To manage and enhance our WordPress and Woo Commerce infrastructure, leading backend development and integrating critical systems across a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and scale WordPress and WooCommerce platforms for seamless performance
-Build and maintain API integrations with booking, CRM, POS, and financial systems
-Oversee analytics and CRM integrations including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and HubSpot
-Create automated workflows using Zapier and optimize infrastructure for speed and security
-Provide technical leadership, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
Key Requirements:
-Expert-level knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
-Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and Webhooks
-Proficient with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta tracking tools
-Familiarity with Git, Zapier, and cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
-Ability to lead independently with strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with booking, POS, or financial systems
-Working knowledge of React or Vue.js
-Server-side optimization and exposure to AI-based marketing tools
