Job Position – Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer (L3) – Team Lead

Hilal Technology is looking for an experienced Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer (L3) – Team Lead to lead our network and cybersecurity implementation team. This is a hands-on, client-facing technical leadership role with responsibility for complex multi-vendor projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead enterprise Routing & Switching projects across Cisco, Aruba, Huawei and Dell.
– Design, implement, migrate and troubleshoot multi-vendor firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Juniper and Huawei.
– Handle advanced security technologies including NAC, MFA, PAM, EDR/XDR, WAF, VPN and ZTNA/SASE.
– Lead complex firewall and security migrations with minimal downtime.
– Oversee Cisco/Avaya Unified Communications, SIP and SBC deployments.
– Lead and mentor L1/L2 engineers and act as the final P1/P2 technical escalation point.
– Own technical implementation plans, client handover, HLD/LLD documentation and migration runbooks.

Looking For
– 8-10+ years of Network & Cyber Security Engineering experience
– At least 3 years in an SI / Professional Services environment
– Strong CCNP/CCIE-level networking knowledge
– Hands-on expertise with at least 3 major firewall platforms
– Experience with NAC, EDR/XDR, WAF and PAM
– Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark/tcpdump
– Experience with Cisco or Avaya IPT and Ribbon SBC
– Excellent English communication and technical leadership skills
– Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, CCSE, JNCIE-SEC or CISSP are preferred.
