Job Position – Level 3 Principal Engineer – Database IBM Guardium

Experience – 8+ Years
We’re looking for a highly skilled L3 Principal Engineer – Database with strong hands-on experience in Oracle, Couchbase, MariaDB, and a minimum of 5 years in IBM Guardium.
– Plan, deploy, and optimize IBM Guardium across 200+ critical databases
– Design & implement security policies ( PCI, DSS,SOX, GDPR)
– Enable real-time alerts, anomaly detection & behavioral baselining
– Integrate with SIEM & CSOC workflows for effective incident response
– Lead performance monitoring, policy tuning & stakeholder sign-offs.
– Provide training and complete documentation of architecture & operations
