Job Position – Logistics Coordinator

This entry-level role is designed for candidates who hold a relevant qualification and are eager to build a professional career in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.
– Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling.
– Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
– Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external logistics partners to facilitate smooth operational processes.
– Assist in generating operational reports, tracking logistics performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.
– Monitor compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
– Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements :
-Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain.
-Solid understanding of logistics and freight operations.
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (mandatory).
-Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
-Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
